Please follow these guidelines.

  • We Do NOT provide information regarding the immigration process and getting Visa.

  • If you are unable to communicate in English, please pay attention to the mentors' language proficiency. English is used as the primary mode of communication. 

  • Please be respectful and professional; we put a great emphasis on respect. 

  • Please have a list of questions ready before making an appointment. A fruitful conversation comes when you are prepared for the meeting. 

  • Email one mentor at a time and give them 7-12 days to respond before emailing another mentor.

  • Make sure to include your questions and background information when emailing the mentors.

  • Rescheduling of meetings needs to be requested at least 24 hours prior to the meeting time.

  • *Important note: Students from all backgrounds are welcome to benefit from this mentorship
