Bio

Tabasom was born and rasied in Rasht, Iran, and moved to the U.S. in 2021 after gaining admission to Harvard College. During her time at Harvard, she was involved in infectious disease research, academic tutoring, and medical volunteering. In her free time, Tabasom enjoys dancing, baking, and Persian poetry. Tabasom is the first student from her high school to be admitted to a competitive US college and understands the challenges Iranian students go through in the admission process. She believes that all students, regardless of their background, should have access to high-quality education. She hopes to help students on this journey by providing them with resources and sharing her experiences.
